This policy applies to any fees paid to BankShakha — including but not limited to advisor ID / membership charges, subscription plans, training programs, and platform access fees. It does not apply to third-party bank or insurance products, which are governed by the respective partner's terms.
Advisor ID activation, KYC processing and onboarding fees are used to verify identity and enable payouts. These fees are non-refundable once the KYC process has started, since the underlying verification cost is already incurred.
If BankShakha offers paid subscription plans, they are billed in advance for the plan period. You may cancel a subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing cycle and no partial refunds are issued for unused days.
If you were charged more than once for the same fee due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
To request a refund for a duplicate or wrongful charge, contact support through the app within 7 days of the transaction with the payment reference. Requests received after this window may not be considered.
Filing an unwarranted chargeback with your bank without first contacting BankShakha may lead to permanent account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.
Payouts credited to your wallet are subject to reversal if the underlying lead is rejected, cancelled, found fraudulent or duplicate by the partner bank. Such reversals are not refunds and are governed by the Terms & Conditions.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
