By registering as a BankShakha advisor you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use BankShakha. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
Advisors must promote products honestly, only share genuine leads, and comply with all applicable financial regulations, DSA guidelines, and partner rules.
Payouts are credited only after the partner bank confirms the lead. BankShakha reserves the right to reverse payouts on fraudulent, duplicate, or rejected leads.
You must not submit fake leads, misrepresent yourself, spam customers, or attempt to game the referral system. Violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.
BankShakha may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
BankShakha acts as a marketing partner. We are not liable for decisions made by partner banks regarding lead approval or product issuance.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
